Self-Discovery

Coming back to this place, I've learnt even more about myself, family and really really about myself. I guess the most tragic thing about a human is not willing to take step to correct oneself after knowing the flaws or mistakes. The reasons? Fear or ignorance? Or both?
I used to ask why Dr Jekyll wants to be separate his evil side. I mean why cannot he just accept that a human comprises good and evil and correct himself from there. But I think now, I understand why Dr Jekyll chose to do that. Sometimes the truth that how far we can go with our bad thoughts or actions surprises us. It made us, dislike ourselves.
But I guess life is a long journey of life-discovery. The great thing with all the bad things you are facing is that it make you understand the others really well. It made you sympathize with them and be in their shoes because you were once there. I learnt to understand most of the times, because I was there.
But after everything that I faced, and am still facing...I know that there is always hope. Hope is the only source where change can takes place. If hope comes from faith in God, then God is the only source where change can takes place.
