More lessons... :)

Two months in university. Spent time with people that I never have the chance with. With new juniors as well. Less time with people that I was close to ( some of them). Different schedule. Different priorities.

Before starting this semester, it was all about not letting go. But God always have His ways to work in my life to teach me ' It is time to let go, it is.'. He started by telling me, ' You can't always have things your way, Fong Wan. You have to learn not to put other things that I've blessed you with above me.' Gradually I learnt, not to rely on my strength but His, to let go of my comfort zone.

As that was happening,He also asked me to love despite my unwillingness to love. My unwillingness to love because I can't seem to see my affection being replied the way I want. Then I realised it's all because I WANT it to be in a certain way. It's all because of my selfishness. Love is not selfish. Love is to giving despite anything, without expectation , without judgement ..which is hard to do..but I am learning. :) He is expanding my heart of loving others. 


Lastly, I learnt that God is using me and had used me as a vessel to bless me. In all I do, I must be directed towards Him. Just by sitting down ...such a simple action is more than enough than doing all the works and be distracted from Him. That's why I decided to leave USM Jazz Band, after concert. I asked myself, 'Is this what God wants you to do...or is this what you want to do, Fong Wan?' . So much of reluctancy  , I begin to use His strength to leave when the time is right. Well, things could be awkward especially when I am free on Monday and Thursday ( Jazz Band practice day). But one step at a time,kays!!:)

So much of an update about me!!Now is pictures time!
